This notice explains the cookies and similar technologies that Ourly uses, and why. It should be read alongside our Privacy Notice, which covers how we handle your personal data more generally.
We use two categories of cookies: strictly necessary ones that the site cannot function without, and analytics cookies that help us understand how people use Ourly. You can accept or reject the analytics category when you first visit — the strictly necessary cookies cannot be turned off.
These are required for the site to work. We don't ask for consent for these because without them you couldn't log in, make a payment, or use the booking flow at all.
Cookies set by Supabase (our authentication provider) keep you signed in as you move around the site. Without these, you'd be logged out on every page.
On payment pages, Stripe sets cookies to process your payment securely and to detect fraud. These only load when you're actively making a payment. You can read more in Stripe's privacy policy.
We store a cookie recording whether you accepted or rejected analytics cookies, so we don't ask you again on every visit.
With your consent, we use PostHog (hosted in the EU) to understand how people use Ourly. This helps us spot problems, improve features, and understand the booking and payment flows.

PostHog data is stored on EU servers. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. You can read PostHog's own privacy policy at posthog.com/privacy.
When you're partway through booking a meeting or creating a payment request, we temporarily save your progress in your browser's session storage so you don't lose your place if you navigate back. This clears automatically when you close the tab, isn't shared with anyone, and is only used for the flow you're actively completing.
You can update your analytics preference at any time by clearing your cookies in your browser settings — the banner will reappear on your next visit. You can also contact us at jack.haith@ourly.uk and we'll help you opt out.
